Before you can improve a process, you have to understand it. Learn how to identify the hidden costs of inefficient processes in this eye-opening seminar. This seminar focuses exclusively on the tips, tools, and techniques that are required to map out the typical HME & office value streams including intake, billing, distribution, purchasing, and more. This seminar can help employees and managers alike learn to see all of the invisible steps within a process. This seminar will provide participants with the ability to map out current processes and identify the waste of waiting, rework, hand-offs, delays, and bottlenecks. Data collection will also be emphasized including wait time, process time, first-time-quality, and lead time. This seminar emphasizes employee participation and a key objective is to help participants understand current processes. Participants will also be trained how to begin designing the ideal lean processes.

Participants will be shown how businesses that have implemented 5S have increased productivity, safety, and quality.

Activity Based Costing Seminars
